The Annual Minnesota Principles of Abstracting Class will be held May 4th and 5th in St Paul, MN The two day class includes a several hundred page workbook with a detailed instructions on searching land records. The seminar is a comprehensive review of real estate law pertaining to land titles and includes:
- Reading and drawing legal descriptions
- A thorough review of rights, title, and interests in real estate
- A careful review of legal documents
- A virtual walk through county offices of the recorder, treasurer, auditor and assessor
- An examination of records found in the district court, federal courts, and secretary of state
- Abstract registered land
