Another 1500 Title Insurance Jobs Cut in January

Fidelity National announced that it cut 1,500 of the 5,500 jobs it inherited from the recent LandAmerica acquisitions in January, and it also closed 125 offices. While more cuts are possible, depending on the market, it said that it expects the largest cuts have probably taken place.
