How does Testing Work?

At the end of these courses, you will be required to take a an examination that’ll test you on the content that’s been covered.  A passing grade of 75% will be required to obtain the certificate of completion. The exams are not open book and you’ll be required to have it proctored by someone who signs the required state proctor affidavit, if you are taking these for credits.  The Proctor must be a disinterested third party who is not a relative or your employer. A friend or neighbor will work.                                                                                 In the case of Closing Agent Prelicense courses, a completed online application , passing the final exam using a proctor, and submitting a evaluation are enough to meet state requirements for your license.

For the Real Estate Salesperson License, there is also a requirement to pass the three courses and pass a state and national exam with an outside testing service.
