How does Testing Work for Pre-license Courses?

At the end of pre-license courses, you will be required to take an online exam.  A passing grade of 75% will be required to obtain a Certificate of Completion. Pre-license exams are not open book and require a proctor, someone who signs a proctor affidavit, saying you did not use any tools while taking the exam.  The Proctor must be a disinterested third party, not a relative or employer. Registrants must agree to personally complete all required training in order to receive a Course Completion Certificate.

Additionally, there is an online application on the Pulseportal.com web site must be completed.

Real Estate Salesperson Licensing also requires passing the state and national exams at a Pearson-Vue testing center.
